I agree with Dahl's comments about the WCHA being a junior-senior league. The Gophers were a perfect example of that last year. They had a very good group of underclassmen but it was their older guys that carried them to the championship. Leopold, Pohl and Taffe carried those guys through the stretch run. Conversely, the juniors and seniors were invisible at the end of the season for St. Cloud and they paid for it by another one and done appearance in the NCAA's.
Parise and Bochenksi are carrying the Sioux right now but they are going to need guys like Spiewak, Noterman and Lundbohm to step up if they are going to make some noise in March.
