  1. Yes that would be the best way to settle this. ND Pride?
  2. I know this fact because i saw #8 (Labernik) playing in all the games. And if im not mistaken it couldn't have been anyone else because i believe all the Varsity and JV players have their own jerseys.
  3. Well your "reliable account" isn't very reliable because Labernik played all three EDC games. So the injury couldn't have been that bad.
  4. Your facts are a little wrong here. In that short handed goal Erick didn't turn it over, Wurden got the puck and then was picked by Mihulka and scored, so I don't see how you can put the blame on Erick in that situation or Wurden for that fact. Marc made a good play on Wurden and made a heck of a shot. P.S. I still don't see how Wurden didn't make all conference with year he had.
  5. I dont totally agree with that. I do agree however that Mihulka is very good in the corners and has good strength which results in a VERY hard shot. But to say that he is the flat out best hockey player is a stretch. I believe that Weisgarber has better hands, can just see the ice better and has a very accurate shot, which results in all the points he has. So in my opinion, I think Weisgarber should win but if it's Mihulka, Campbell, or Galt, all of them deserve this award with the year they've all had but it will be interesting to see who it is!
  6. When voting for Mr. Hockey what do they all have to consider? Does previous years count? Grades throughout HS? or is it just their senior year of hockey?
  7. Interesting theory. You could be right. It seems everything now days is driven by the almighty dollar.
  8. I do want to clarify one thing though. You can still get wood sticks for quite a bit less[20-30 bucks] but nobody hardly uses them. I might have seen one wood stick this weekend at the EDC.
  9. The player has to furnish their own sticks, most are in the 100-200 dollar range though.
  10. It's unfortunate that Williston may have lost some of their players to injury. I was looking forward to seeing them at the State tournament this year. Ideally, it would be great if every team was at full strength. I had the opportunity to see some of the Williston players this summer. I was impressed with some of their skills, especially Jundt. I'm not surprised he got the WDA senior award. Congrats to him!
  11. Thank you, doubleu.
  12. Thank you X2theZ, im done arguing with this guy.
  13. Ya I was upset that South lost to RR so I decided to bash Souths best player...... you've got to be kidding me Tron. Think with your head here, none of what you are saying makes any sense!
  14. You are absolutly right so I cannot prove 100% that I didnt change it but you cannot prove 100% that Junior didn't change it either but would you please answer my question from earlier.I have never bashed anyone on this site before, Im a South fan so it would make absolutly no sense why I would do that. Stop trying to set people up on this site!
  15. Now this proves my previous post. I posted that one line, Cory quoted my ORIGINAL post and then I went back an edited it. Now the original post is gone and the new one replaced it, so should I say that Cory went and changed my post.... I dont think so. Too bad Tron and Junior couldn't of figured that one out.
  16. The only one who can edit or change a post is the original author, not me! But Tron maybe if you knew anything about how this posting works maybe you wouldn't try bashing on an innocent poster, because you have a whole FIVE POSTS!!! In this clever case junior posted those names and when i quoted it, it showed up and then junior must have felt so terrible about it, that he had to go back and change it, and have his friend here (Tron) made me look like the guilty one. Nice try though!! P.S. By the way who do you think would be more likely to post somthing like that about Paul? Me who lives in Fargo and supports Paul or a RR supporter who a couple hours before making that post, just saw his beloved Mihulka lose to Paul for the Senior player of they year?
  17. Very interesting spelling on some of the names. You were obviously in the RR student section. [see my earlier post]
  18. As far as I can remember: All conference South-Weisgarber, Larson, Campbell, Galt, Deichert Grafton/PR-P. Campbell, Peterson RR-Mihulka, LaDoucer,Galbreath,Rosendahl Central-Simonson Shanley-Harrie W. Fargo-Swanson Sorry if I missed anyone. As far as the penalties are concerned, RR was one of the most penalized teams in the state and South was one of the least penalized. The fact that RR had more penalties tonight wouldn't surprise me. I agree 100% with on this being a game of bounces sometimes. South's first goal was a screen shot by Galt. The goalie had no chance, and I think one of RR's goals went off a body and another one was batted out of the air[legally]
  19. great game tonight at Purpur! Well played by both teams. I expect a rematch next week at State. The only blemish on the whole night was the Red River student section booing the award to the Senior athlete of the year award. Classless....
  20. I did hear last night that WDAY will not be carrying the RR/South game due to the Bison bouncyball game but it should be on the GF station.
  21. One possible outcome is if both North and Grafton win today, North would be the third seed from the east because they beat Gtafton ealier in the tournament, even though GPR was the higher seed coming in.
  22. No you didnt. You said that they go to a 15 min overtime first then followed by an 8 min overtime. Its the other way around. And then they get the 3 min break between the end of regulation and the first overtime. You said they get the break between the two overtimes.
  23. How much time left?
  24. Anybody have predictions on how the EDC will finish up?
  25. Then why did you question ND Hockey 4's post about it being a intense game?
