We gave up over 200 yards rushing 3 times. Nebraska, NDSU, Weber. Is it an issue? Sure. But it's not like we are giving up huge amounts on the ground every game. Yes, we gave up a bunch the last two weeks and to very good teams. Giving up 300+ rushing yards 2 weeks in a row is alarming. ut it was definitely not the trend all season. Not saying we can't improve, but not like we were awful at stopping the run all year.
No need to rush the ball when you get no pressure on the QB and they chuck it around for multiple big plays a game.

That’s only one play. We can’t hang a win or loss on one play. Refs are not good this game but our three phases of the game have some weaknesses.

I'm afraid so....scouting this team doesn't appear to be that tough after just two games.

Opponent.....run up the middle on 1st down.....then look deep over the middle.
I'm excited for Saturday but I don't think we will fix our defensive issues in the secondary.
Schuster has an incredible completion % at about 75% I'm guessing. Hopefully he continues this and can stretch the field this weekend.

I would take that bet all day long. My prediction is we get torched with deep balls and its a 3 score game. Hopefully we shore the secondary up quickly.

Ellie Colbeck (Fergus Falls) committed to SDSU. She is actually in the 21-22 recruiting class. Not sure if UND was recruiting her.
