We are moving to Utah next week and I was able to get out of my Dish Network contract after only 7 months with no cancellation charge! Anyways, wanted to get DirecTV to watch Sioux games this year so will be getting that hooked up by the end of September so I am ready for hockey season! Just want to make sure I have everything right then, if I get the sports pack for the $12/month, that's all I will need then? Thanks everyone! Pretty excited about it!

I also checked on this. I have an almost 3.5 year old. If they want a seat you need a ticket, otherwise they are sitting on your lap! I cringe about using a ticket for him with the price at $200 but it will be totally worth it! He will be excited!

If I recall, the Rivercentre has some pretty big banquet rooms. My guess is that with all of the Sioux fans coming because of close proximity, they may have picked a bigger location this time around. Who knows though. Will have to see. Here are the floor plans listed on the Rivercentre site:

So excited! Will be there coming from Billings, MT! Bringing my wife, 3 year old son and 10 month old son! First Frozen Four for my sons! Gotta get them started early! Also meeting a bunch of family there as well from Idaho and Bismarck! GO SIOUX!!

Got my tickets today, section 220, Row 2, 2nd time in getting tickets through the lottery, first time was in Denver a few years ago in which we sat on one of the ends in the upper deck about half way up. So these are definately better seats with a higher priority number this time around. There really isn't a bad seat in the X though in my mind. So excited! 1 month to go!

For anyone in the Billings, MT area this weekend, we are having a party Friday night to watch the game. Come on down and have some fun!! We had 90-100 people for the Saturday Gophers game a few weeks ago and initial numbers are indicating another big turnout for this game as well! Details below:

For those that will be at the game, I have organized an indoor pregame party. The details are below from the email sent to alumni in the area. I know tailgating is huge in Missoula for the Montana games, but it is just too hard to try an organize something big with me not living in Missoula. Doing it at an indoor place is just way easier to pull off since they provide everything. So for those that will be there and don't want to tailgate or tailgating is not an option, this is available. We live in Billings, MT and plan to make the road trip over there and meet our father-in-law who lives in Idaho. Should be a good time. Also plan to try and host a pre-game party as well over there similar to what we are trying for the Idaho game!

My family and I are planning on going to the Idaho game September 2 as my father-in-law lives in Lewiston, ID just down the road from Moscow. So I emailed the alumni association to see if there are planning a pregame party. They said they are not but I offered to host one and they were all for that. So we plan on hosting a pregame party for the Idaho game. So a couple questions for all of you:
1. Is there anyone that is going to the game that would plan on coming to the party? (Just trying to get a rough idea on how many to expect)
2. Does anyone know of any good places to host this? It looks like there is not much in Moscow but Pullman is only 10 miles away and looks like there is much more there but then driving back to the game may be an issue. Thoughts on this?

FCS on DirecTV is not showing the games. It's some football program. The bottom scroll said that the Live game is having technical difficulties! BOO!
