Ben is an excellent goalie. I do not however agree that he blows everybody else out of the water. There are a number of good goalies in the state this year. One thing that Ben has going for him is supporting cast. Their first 4 d are as good as anybodies in the state and of course we know how good the rest of the forwards are by who got selected to the EDC tourn. team. When you are arguing who is the best in the state you better consider their supporting cast.

I find it very interesting that you cannot tell the difference between a good save and a lucky save when you have family member that is also a goalie. Maybe all of his saves are "lucky" also.

My understanding is that Laducer is working the state. All teams beware especially if you are playing RR.

I find it really funny that you people can find a way to blame the refs for every game that your team loses. That really shows how much you know about hockey! Second, I know Laduceur and he is a real good guy, just because he acknowledged sombody at a game doesnt mean he is not "into the game". All of you guys should look at the games your teams are losing and realize maybe it is somthing they are doing wrong rather than being a coward and blaming it all on the refs. Last thing is all you guys are whining because the refs supposedly wanted RR to beat north in EDC and your saying they called all these penalties on North which lost them the game, the wierd thing about that is that RR only scored one power play goal which would mean the game woulda been tied up and giving RR all the momentum going into OT, it woulda ended the same way as it did. so find somthing to worth while to whine about! <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

I was also at the games yesterday. I don't understand why they allow refs to do games involving teams from the cities they are from. The FN/RR game was a perfect example. I know most of the GF RR people probably will not agree with this - but FN was robbed of winning that game by one GF ref . I sat with fans from all of the different teams at EDC as well as a couple of officials and we were all appauled by the way he took over with 8 minutes left in the game. The calls he made were all very questionable - don't decide a game by these type of calls. Let the boys decide the game.
