  1. For anyone on Comcast in the Twin Cities area, I just called to add the sports package that gets us the FCS channels. I asked if there were any deals and they said it's free for 6 months. There is a charge however for $1.99 to change service. Call Comcast, 651 222-3333
  2. I have two tickets for Saturday, Nov. 28 vs. Miami in section 107 row R. One ticket gets you into both games, Bemidji vs. Ohio State @ 4 p.m., Sioux vs. Miami @ 7 p.m. $60 for the pair. PM or e-mail to tboney@comcast.net.
  3. I have two tickets for each night available, section 107 row R. Seats are at the face-off dot in the zone on the end of the ice that the Sioux shoot at twice. $60 per pair, or $100 for all 4. PM or e-mail to tboney@comcast.net Todd

  5. We are unable to use a set of 4 tickets for section 118, row 25 for the Thursday play-in game. The tickets are in the cities and can arrange pick-up. Asking $80 for the set of 4. If interested pm or e-mail to tboney@comcast.net.
  6. I believe they will shoot at the net in front of section 123. This is the Wild's home end of the rink that they defend for the first and third periods. Since the Sioux are the #1 seed for the Final Five, they get the best lockerroom that is not the Wild's, as only the Wild ever get that one. This would be the visiting lockerroom for NHL games which is directly behind the visitor bench. Therefore the Sioux should be on the visitor's bench. I believe this is how it's worked in the past and should hold this year as well.
  7. I'm locked on a satellite and doing a blind scan. KWOG - Seattle comes up. Anyone know what satellite I'm on? There's over 120 channels so far, I believe it's one of the DISH satellites, just don't know if its 121 W.
  8. I like this site: http://www.dishpointer.com. Enter your address, select the satellite you want to point to and hit the "Go" button. It brings up a satellite view of your neighborhood with the site-line to the selected satellite. Zoom-in and then drag the little satellite glyph to the location of the dish on your house. This will give you a pretty-good idea of where to point. I use references to the neighbor's house, landscaping, trees, etc. to know approximately how to position the dish once outside. Then it's a matter of hunting and fine-tuning. Good luck.
