they were referring his skills as a defensemen which i would agree with. he has flourished so far in this role. hope he keeps it up.

Ya thats what i kinda meant.. they were talking like he just magically had such great up front skills and ability to run the puck, but you could tell they had no idea he was actually just new at defense and past forward

Amen, the checking from behinds should have been obvious not this cross checking or boarding crap... these are dangerous hits... And as far as the disallowed goal.. how the heck do we lose a goal, when you can clearly see the goalie out of the crease, trip on vande.. That was bull and the reply portrays it.. But we are looking better, as I felt better watching certain aspects of it all. I can't even really get mad completely, because i keep reminding myself of the after christmas show... hopefully it starts soon
The key to the game was the disallowed goal. It that counts we more than likely win going away. If anyone can post it I'd love to see it. Plus it will be a nice reference when we get hosed on the exact same thing later in the year.And when the heck did they change the rule on checking from behind? They should have lost two if not three players this weekend.

I've done my research, read the numbers and artices, and convinced the girlfriends dad (gophers fan) to order the sports package for a month just to get tonights game... The time has come for the post game stomach aches to end... GO SIOUX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I changed the oil, washed, and fueled Henessy's vehicle for Clear Channel yesterday... is that bad karma being that there wont be an actual video braodcast or what?! Ya the link shows canceled on the actual B2 website.. at least were not alone though
... the Markham and Hamilton game is canceled... The other 50 games tonight look good to go though! -

I met a handful of the new guys last weekend... brad e, mario l, david t, blood, and possibly one more I dunno I was drinking.. They all seemed like real nice kids and they seemed very excited to be in town and getting a little taste of things to come.. They were all at the same place the older boys were at so I am assuming they were just in town to kind of figure it out...

THis video was funny... yes they were potraying hitler, yes it was still funny.. And as far as the walsh hall nazi stuff, give me a break. Yes its totally wrong to throw swastikas all over the wall, but if u have ever lived in a dorm this among a thousand other things happen just about daily. Our soceity can no longer take any kind of joke or anything even close to a joke...

I would like to caution anyone thinking about coming out to the Icebreaker that it might coincide with Parents Weekend at BU so be sure to secure hotel accommodations early because when any local college has such a weekend prices are high and rooms are scarce.
Speaking of BU... I bet North Dakota 0, Boston University 0 October 10-11, Would look alot cooler than Boston College 6 North Dakota 1, on the scoreboard on the homepage....

A thanks from me also, I'll be graduating in the fall so i will be around for one more season... I'll just have to stick around til spring... It's been a great time in college watching these players grow and become what they are now... despite the painful loss, I never turned the channel... I stuck it out and still hold me ground... Once a sioux fans, always a sioux fan.. can't wait for next year!

I think this thread officially should be called, "Sioux Fans whinning about everything" all of these die hard people who call themselves fans callin it quits because of one bad performance... it was meant to be how it ended up and thats all there is to it get over it. Disappointing, sure.. but why even waste your time blogging on a sioux forum if u are just a piece of $hi* fan who cant handle a loss without crying to your mommies and battling each other over stupid crap... it makes coming on here harder and harder for people who care about the team day in and day out

Here's an idea. After getting your &*&^ handed to you 12 hours before, go home and get some sleep and reflect on the game. Life's a big party for TJ. I think there is a pattern developing here. GROW UP TJ. Life won't get an easier in St Louis.
TJ happens to get caught every time he does something obviously... but to start jabbering like this is ridiculous.. These guys have drank barely zero alcohol in however long to be serious about frozen four... I would have came home and drank myself to sleep... oh ya ps.. THESE ARE COLLEGE KIDS.. chill out
