NDSU-62 Wisconsin-55 Look at all the publicity the Bison are getting. Doesn't happen at the DII level. Coach Miles was scheduled to be on Cold Pizza this morning. That has to be a great recruiting tool. I would hate to see the outcome if they played the Sioux.

It is not just the student behavior that is an issue, some adults are just as bad. We need to be upheld to a higher standard. We are the University of North Dakota. We show class whether we win, lose or tie. I know the athletes are held to that standard, why not all fans. I'm not saying that you have to be the "Church Lady", but act with class and dignity. Children are watching you. Don't be afraid to let a person know if they are crossing the line, we should be smart enough to police ourselves.

Just a couple of comments on Fridays game 1. Having the band in the lower bowl is great. Much better atmosphere. 2. New PA announcer is good. I believe he is better than Scott Hennen 3. Something must be done about the language that the students used during some chants at the game. How can I bring my kids to the game if all they hear from the student section in profanity. Something must be done. Any Ideas?

I'm glad there will be new blood in the PA booth. I was never really impressed with Mr Hennen. He stole most of his lines from other PA guys. "Here's your Scoring" line came from the PA guy from UMD. I always though he was a little phoney. The new PA guy or lady, need to be themself. Dave Beach, rest his sole, was the best PA gut to do hockey!

Is there any place on the web to get updates on the baseball tourney.

Why can't some of these threads be broken up. I don't want to go through 8,9 or 10 pages of comments. Can't we be inteligent enough to start new topics, or limit replies to a topic. We are graduates of UND, not NDSU!!

No coach should avoid the media after a tough loss or tough win. It is a part of the job. It isn't easy to talk to the press after a loss. But it has to be done!

Win or lose it is a coach's responsibility to talk to the media. I've coached and got my rear kicked, but still talked to the media. Roebuck ditching the media shows little class. He is a grown-up, act like it!

SDSU women's BB team is 12-4 this season in DI. They have beaten Alabama, Kentucky, Oklahoma State and Middle Tennessee. They were narrowly defeated by Big Ten power Purdue. If SDSU can compete at this level why not UND. Gene Roebuck is worried that he would have to play teams like Radford, University of Maryland Eastern Shores. So beit. Does he mean that these teams are easy wins If you want your program to become better, play better competition. Getting beat by SW State of Minnesota is awful, compared to SDSU getting beat by Purdue. Sure, you may have to play a majority of your games on the road, but it will pay off in the long haul. UND has to get with it. DI is the only option they have. If you like watching the Sioux play UMC, Bemidji, SW State and Mayville State, then the BB fans in the area should fill the arena. If not, don't watch them.

I have heard that NDSU has offered him a full ride. UND only a partial. UND must be happy with their QB play. Especially over the last few games???

Just go Division 1-AA, so the Sioux don't have to worry about regional rankings. Abviously Division II is a joke!

Did th Ralph hire the attendance counter from the Fargodome. At the Game against Manitoba, it was announced that the attendace was over 11,000. I wonder if the 3000 empty seats had were camoflauged. Isn't everything computerized. Can't they give us an accurtae attendance, not just tickets sold!
