UND Hockey is behind when it comes to NIL plain and simple. They either need to beef up the collective or start recruiting like Hastings does and get some of the after thoughts/late bloomers. Gone are the days where kids will come here just for the facilities and "tradition". Part of the problem is just sheer numbers when it comes to the collective. UND has 110,000 living alumni, most BIG schools are graduating 40k/year. I do think it is time for a change, but I also think Brad and his staff are doing the best they can under the circumstances.

On a serious note, sounds like he went through hell after that mistake. Good to have someone that has gone through some major adversity. He's someone the players could open up to about mental health.
