Are you stating that this victim of Otis’s should not have filed Title IX??Do you have any idea how much courage and strength it must have taken to file a Title IX against one of the best players on a football team who obviously got away this before! As the article stated, she didn’t want her name blasted all over for people to scrutinize her.

What are you not understanding about the article? The hearing happened in January of 2022 and he was found guilty. The allegations were proven, in a hearing by a judge, to be true.

Otis was found guilty….five years suspension…how can they be proven false? The hearing happened and he was found guilty!

It is highly doubtful Otis will land anywhere. Otis has been suspended from UND for sexual assault. This is not an accusation, this is factual and can be verified by contacting UND.
