I think this is where there are legitimate questions as to what is happening.

I know that the state of Oregon failed to stop the federal officers in court due to "lack of standing" by the state, which makes sense. However, it will be interesting to see exactly how these individuals charged will do in court under similar circumstances. They definitely would have "standing" in court if they have grievances against the federal government over any possible mistreatment or false arrest. No, I'm not saying that they have either, just that it would not be a reason to dismiss either of those claims. We will see how this plays out.
