I'd put Trevor Hammer lower on the list than Lee. Where were you rider06 when the "favorite Sioux player" thread was around a month ago. I recall me being the only one who listed Brian Lee. Granted I put him down in a sarcastic manner, but I don't think Lee is all that bad. Youth is his biggest enemy right now, but he is at the end of his sophomore season so fans do expect him to play smarter hockey, which he has shown signs of at times. I don't blame last nights tip in on him at all. That was a bad bounce. I would have been more upset had he been totally out of position, and it resulted in a goal. Defense is a lot harder to learn than forward, but because of his draft position, and it being the end of his 2nd year, fans are expecting him to step up to plate. As AZSIOUX said, he'll be a 3 or 4 year player. Right now, I expect him to be here for 4 years, but I do think he'll play much better in his final two season than how things started for him.

Tied for 6th in PairWise now after the victory tonight. 3 way tie though. Keep it up boys!

I'll agree with Ray on that one, where Lee was standing up to him, he's a lover not a fighter!

Hak post game comments: We were sloppy for a lot of the game in a lot of areas, but got a little bit better. Had some great individual effort by some players, and that was probably the difference. Some goofy goals against, but overall, good outcome coming off the break. Mentally, I don't think things were clicking as good as it could be. I'm sure they'll play a better game tomorrow night. Have to play better as a team. Whatever happened at the end happened. Didn't like what happened with Lee, he stayed away like we told him, but that's how it is. Crazy bounces happen like that. DOT line had some really good things going tonight. They're big players for us, and we'll need them again tomorrow night. Tonight we made some real good plays, and got some good bounces. When you have those 3 leading the way, and the others chipping in, things go our way.

Sioux win it. Mav's had to make it ugly at the end. Sioux played a great game up to that point, and held off from fighting as much as possible. I don't even think Lee got a punch in, but get's a DQ. At least Kaip didn't get one.

Kaip asking Hak if he could go. I'll admit, I would have went! However, that would have been 3 games for Kaip.

5 Sioux players in the box!!!!!! I'm just hoping we don't get any DQ's out of it. I must admit, Kaip and Fabian did good at holding off.
