Here's a sneak peek! I know the ND is discontinued, but UND doesn't really have an alternate logo, other than the wordmark, which I will NOT use. I am leaning towards to the one on the bottom (I know they don't use that logo!) Because It looks better, and then the text won't overlap the logo. Feedback?

Ok, back to business. So far I've got: pts/game, pts alwd/game, rushing yds/game, rushing yds alwd/game, 2018 record, all time matchup record, @ fargo, passing yds/game, passing yds, allwd/game, last meeting, takeaways/game, giveaways /game, defensive pts/game. Any objections/additions? Abbreviations? Space is limited.

Can't remember exactly when I made it so the ND could have been current. I do think it was stupid that they didn't keep the ND as an alternate logo, as it has been part of UND's identity, at least back to the Blackhawks logo days, and maybe earlier. The idea was as a kind of t shirt graphic, so keeping it to less colours was the idea. played around with a few combos, but this one looked best. On a side note they don't use the font either, but the new one looks like "the classic naval combat game" on the side of the battleship box.

It is sticking, for better or for worse (a bit less so with hockey fans) but all the proposed Hawks names sound kind dumb IMO.

I think something with just North Dakota is best. As said previously, Hawks is generic, and all of the available names related sound kinda dumb. It would appeal (or at least not appall) fans of the Hawks name, Fans of no nickname (kinda me), fence sitters (also me), and also the militant Sioux forever type (me to a lesser extent).
