Yeah, I have heard that as well, i heard his family needs the money or something, i have no proof, but if that is the case it is more than a good reason for him to leave and play in my opinion.

And it now appears that Rory has been dropped. Sorry, i was really hoping to see Rory get a shot in the AHL and be able to stay up there, ive heard rumors he was doing fairly well in the ECHL, man i loved the way he played the game.

Yes you did hear that Ian Kidd was an assistant coach with that team, also Rory McMahon signed a tryout contract with the Norfolk Admirals of the AHL.

Brandon Bochenski was traded to the Chicago Blackhawks today, for Tyler Arneson (SCSU). Hopefully he can get his chance with the big boys again.

Im glad we are playing Mankato instead of St Clound, I don't feel that Mankatos goalie can come into the Ralph and steal 2 victories, like Goephert did earlier in the year.

Blakers played quite a bit, and seemed very effective with his energy. The announcers did say that if Blake has someone chasing him around the ice, he is doing his job, and that he is very annoying to play against, which is a good thing, and hes a very tough player to play against. I thought those were some very good comments for him.

Not that he plays professional hockey but Ryan Hale is an assistant coach with the Fargo North Spartans, he said is brother is doing very well as well.

How about that Kai Kantola from the FM Jets, I saw Bowling Green was at their game about a month ago, i know the NAHL isnt the USHL, but I was pretty impressed with this kid.

It would be nice to keep him for like 3 years, but right now he is the number 2 rated prospect in the blues organization, and i am sure they have their scouts taking a good look at him this week. With his age, it will be really intersting to see just how long he does stick around here.

Does anyone have any pictures of the UND jerseys they wore during the throw back weekend against Northeastern. I would like to see how they had the numbering on them any game photos would be great. A link or post of some of the jerseys would be greatly appreciated.

I would think they are sending a crew the same way KVLY is sending a crew, probably just for coverage, but if they do end up covering the game for you, thats cool.
