not that i care much about the issue but you are wrong in a way as you pretty much stated that in your post comparing to uw. you say its all about the money and nothing to do with mineesota and the reason it is because of the gophers being right there pretty easy to realize that. so if you used the same analogy if it was in madison then yes it would also be all about the badgers + money as they would be the reason for the money go sioux

i really dont care about the whole night game thing vs day game. it would be great to have the 1 seed play that early friday game as its suppose to be deisgned to give the 1 seed more rest for the saturday title game and also to play the play in game winner with shorter rest as well so rewarding the 1 seed overall. doesnt really bother me though. it wont matter as the gophers will lose in 3 games to scsu anyhow go sioux there are only 2 real dangerous teams in the wcha that has proven to be so and thats the sioux and pioneers, now that doesnt mean they will meet in final 5 title for sure as we all know but i guess i mean ncaa tourney wise

we all know the sioux hockey team isnt looking past anyone. hak will have them ready like he has the last few months. nows us fans, we can look past whoever we want sioux sweep................

ill start by saying every team in the nation has a chink in the armour and on this team there isnt a glaring one which is nice as other wcha coaches have said in postgame interviews. i agree so much on your kozek point in being a potential big time difference maker. i believe when kozek is at his very best is when he plays like a runaway freight train hitting people all over the ice which he does at times, i then think that sparks his offensive game into a more aggresive moad. hes has the best shot out there as many goalies can attest to but its the matter of getting the chances. im all abord the kozek wagon

i hear you but its a very hard to comapare or think anyone will ever come and be crosby or ovechkin as they are on their own planet with regards to skills overall. they just are. still very early in mr kanes career and i personally think he and jon will have theor names on that cup in the next 4 years. i am now a hawks fan due to jon obviously but enjoy watching that team. hope they make a decent run!

yeah kane is is hiw own class. #1 pick and just flat out a player. schroeder will be a top ten pick and is very good himself but his own type. very skilled overall

i love this team and its makeup overall. i do believe we can win it all but in no means saying we are a favorite as that would be crazy. its takes lucky bounces and tons of hard work to win the whole thing but as hak says usually working hard will create those bounces you need at times. cant wait for this weekend for it all to start. regular season is over. this team showed all of us fans what they are made of and lets enjoy this ride!! there isnt a clear cut favotite to win it this year and that has seemed to be the trend this decade. throw about 6-8 teams out there that could do some serious damage imo....man i love college hockey...........go sioux

well since he hasnt since the sioux series i wouldnt count on it but i hear you on being optimistic. you have to considering your own team. i see 2 teams with below average defenses and goalies that have been just decent themselves

ive always said if you can simply get in the top 13-14 if thats what gets you in then anyone is a threat as proven by teams over the years. im just going by what ive seen with my eyes and that is the gophers are below average on the defensive side and then the goalie situation being what it is as well. you are right and any goalie can get hot and carry a team. all 5 series are going to be fun to follow

he is back you must have forgotten about the last 2 1/2 months and friday when he got yanked AGAIN - sorry gopherz.........the gophs could win this for sure. 2 medicore teams in the wcha battling but scsu will be ready to play so the gophers better be ready as well. this will be a high flying no defense series. will be fun to watch

the gophs better beat scsu or their season is over as most know. if they get by scsu and lose in play in game its going to be very close and all depends if anyone else on the bubble makes a mini run. the gophers are tissue soft and we all know it. lets not forget they friken gave up 6 to tech friday then shut them out saturday to save their season for 1 more weekend. i have them losing to scsu in 3 games but can go either way as we all know. its gona be a high flying no defense, whoevers goalie can make that final big save weekend. fun hockey to watch for sure. neither one of those teams are a threat imo any further. cant wait for wcha playoff hockey. my favorite time of the year go sioux

DU in 2 - they roll both nights over uaa UW in 3 - UW friday, MSU saturday in OT, UW sunday in a tight game UMD in 3 - i like this UMD team, just a gut feeling on this series. 2 very good goaltenders SCSU in 3 - i like SCSU in 3 games and each game will have 8 or more goals combined.
