jimdahl
This is on topic because I mentioned the Rob/Brooks Bollinger tie Bollinger invited to NFL Scouting Combine from the Wisconsin State Journal. Highlights include: "I've maintained from the time he played in his freshman year that Brooks will become an NFL quarterback. He has all the requisite skills that are needed," [uW Offensive Coordinator]White said. "For whatever reason, people want to sell Brooks short on his arm strength and his other physical attributes. That's a misconception that he will definitely dispel. Brooks Bollinger will make an NFL football team." "I think it's fun for me to get put in the same group with those guys with the big names," said Bollinger, who spent a week in California last month working out with Heisman Trophy winner Carson Palmer, among others. (Bollinger and Palmer became friends after working the Elite 11 quarterback camp together last summer.) "I'm looking forward to seeing how I stack up against them.""I think a lot of people, because I've had success running the football, kind of categorize me as a running quarterback. They don't think of me as a passer," Bollinger said. "There are a lot of guys that just have cannons attached to the right side of their body. I'm not one of those guys, but I definitely think I'm a better passer than other people may think."
