Coach Lennon notes that Brady is the No. 1 tailback with Chappell looking very good in the backfield as well (interesting that the recent Herald article talked mostly about his making a contribution on special teams). Trenbeath and Caufield are looking good - glad to see that Trenbeath must be fully recovered from his very serious injury! I definitely think Chappell could be a factor at running back, as he's probably got more big-play ability than any back on the team, but with Strouth and Beatty coming back in the fall, I suspect we won't see him in the backfield all that often until the 2007 season.
