When the atmosphere was an issue with the new Ralph in 2001 or later, did Thomas and Blais attempt to do the same thing? Maybe Buning and Hakstol can do this because it sounds like a smashing idea instead of the letters telling us to "sit down and shut up except for this time and that time and this situation and that situation.."
