Technically, there may be a way to get around it if the conference (NCC) sponsors the post-season game and it is played off-campus (like at the Alerus). This type loophole, if it is technically possible with the rules, could also get "plugged" or Grand Forks as a host could be informally blackballed by the NCAA.
