Brandon Bochenski

Forward Brandon Bochenski, who was an offensive catalyst for the University of North Dakota in a pair of road victories over ECAC members Princeton and Yale last weekend, has been named Offensive Player of the Week for Nov. 4 by the Western Collegiate Hockey Association.

A 6-2, 195-pound sophomore from Blaine, Minn., Bochenski scored four goals last Friday (Nov. 1) night at Princeton

Somehow I missed that Bochenski's last goal was shorthanded. That's five shorthanded goals for the Sioux in six games. Last season, the Sioux gave up three shorthanded goals in their first five games.
