Corella
I don't see the logic at all behind the women's rankings. St. Cloud at 3 and USD at 6? USD got pounded by UND, SDSU and I am pretty sure Augie beat them by double digits. St Cloud lost at home to Crookston, UND, NDSU, and has had the most favorable conference schedule in the NCC so far this year. It will make sense by the end, though, I'm sure. WYOBISONMAN
NDSU will probably win the conference, but it is strange with so many losses. I am not really sure how it will play out in the post season.

I guess St. Cloud got a lot of power points by winning at Concordia-SP and USD, but realistically they have no business at third. Yes, it's all decided by the infamous strength of schedule index so I'm not accusing the committee of bias, but St. Cloud is likely going to lose by 25 at UND and NDSU and they'll plummet back to where they should be--four or fifth in the NCC and seventh or eighth in the region. Minnesota Duluth 14-9 I don't envy anyone involved with making the women's regional this week. NDSU sweeps UND two weeks ago, but they lose last weekend to SDSU, who UND takes to the shed the next night. Kinda confusing.
Hansel
at this point I beleive Regional Rankings are taken directly from the BB SSI and at the end of the year the commitee gets together to select the teams for the regional...
