FSSD Posted January 21, 2012 Share Posted January 21, 2012 I saw this article on another site and I thought that it was interesting. “In three or four years, there will be three football playing conferences left in the West — the Pac-12, the Mountain West and us.”Fullerton predicts the WAC will eventually become a basketball conference. http://www.sltrib.co...lerton.html.csp Then you think about the schools playing football in the West (minus Pac12): Mountain West - SDSU - football going to Big East - Boise St - football going to Big East and moving back to WAC for all other. 1) Air Force 2) CSU 3) New Mexico 4) UNLV 5) Wyoming 6) Fresno St. 7) Nevada 8) Hawaii (football only) WAC - Seattle - no football - Denver - no football - Boise St. - no football - UT-Arlington - do they have football 1) UT-SA - FCS move up 2) Texas St - FCS move up 3) Utah St. 4) NM St. 5) Idaho 6) La.
