Record a webcast

Hi all,

I know some of you have done this as you've posted video clips from webcasted games - most recently the B2 game with SCSU.

Anyway just wondering how this is done, software (hopefully free) needed, etc.

VLC can do it if it's a WMV ASF or MMS link. Just google it, you'll find thousands of hits. There is a free version of FRAPS that puts a watermark on the video. Should this be in Men's Hockey?
