MJohnce Posted November 20, 2009 Share Posted November 20, 2009 This Sunday evening, the UND Student Senate will have the unique opportunity of being addressed by Native Americans who both oppose and support the use of the Fighting Sioux moniker. Leigh Jeanotte, Director of American Indian services, will first present the opposition of the continued use of the logo and nickname. Tom Iron, Sam E.
