UND92,96 Posted September 3, 2009 Posted September 3, 2009 link This has to be the most players ever on a UND basketball roster. I wonder how many freshmen will red-shirt? I'm guessing we may see Smart and either Houdek or Kuehl play this year, but that's strictly a guess. Quote
UND Fan Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 Same question as a posed regarding the guy's team - has anyone seen the girls working out? If so, what are your thoughts? Quote

I have heard they are a bit banged up. There also seems to have been some attrition among the freshman unrelated to injury Quote

That is scary as we were bringing in some pretty good freshmen! Quote

It appears that Brittany Peterson's name has been removed from the roster posted as part of the prospectus. That would be unfortunate, but it may open up another scholarship for a 2010 grad. Even though Peterson was a walk-on, I had kind of assumed that she'd get one of the scholarships available after the graduation of Bagaason, Ledger, Bergan and Seay. Maybe Kate Warmack would now warrant a closer look for a scholarship? Quote

Maybe Kate Warmack would now warrant a closer look for a scholarship? That is too bad - Peterson certainly had good statistics in one of the larger divisions in Iowa. I had hoped she would be a major contributor. Maybe there was a reason that she didn't get any offers! Quote
