UNDvince97-01 Posted January 26, 2009 Posted January 26, 2009 One of UND's own graduates in the ND state senate has introduced legislation that would freeze tuition hikes for two years. It is amazing how much tuition costs have risen even since I was in school. I would like to think that I'm not that old to see costs increase this dramatically over such a short period of time. Or maybe I AM that old? Maybe this will temporarily take the spotlight off some "other" proposed legislation introduced recently by the state house. Here's the link. Quote
MplsBison Posted January 27, 2009 Posted January 27, 2009 Sounds good in theory. In practice, they'll just introduce new fees. School is an expensive business these days. You either need more students or you need more money out of each student. Quote
