It doesn't matter where the tickets are (GF, Fargo, MSP, or Timbuktwo). The seller can call the box office, confirm their information and tell them that John Doe will be picking up the tickets. The REA will reprint the tickets and John Doe can provide an ID and pick them up at will call. I believe the cost is $1.95 per ticket. Doing this invalidates your original ticket.
