Your argument might be right but anybody looking at it would think those teams have two or three wins because they played the bottom of your conference. Yeah a team might have five or six wins but who did they play? the difference is South Dakota has Four Wins but somehow got them playing teams that also have four five or six wins. not Idaho and uc davis.... you have to admit those three or four teams water down your conference. which may be unfortunate for somebody in the middle.

Do the coaches want touch backs? I am not positive but I think every NAU drive that started from a kickoff was short of the 25. I'm pretty sure Taubs can drive the kick off into the end zone. Maybe we can lay off the kicker until we know what is expected from the kicker. He might be doing exactly what the coaches want him to do even though he can kick it longer. It looks to me like he's kicking it higher and shorter than he otherwise could.

If we just look at UND attendance numbers and its history, why isn't this thread more positive?
How often has the attendance been better than it is now and when was that? I'm sure there are some old timers that can answer this.
I'm really not this existential.

How do our attendance numbers compare to SDSU and USD? That may be a more realistic expectation than comparing against the 5 time defending champion.
From what I have seen on this thread, it looks like we are trending up at a pretty good rate. What's the problem?

We haven't run the ball as successfully the last few games.
Have the last few opponents been crowding the line of scrimmage? "Jamming the box" as they say. If that is the case, I really don't know, then shouldn't passing be easier, at least shorter passes?

I would like to nominate Reid T for BSC player of the week. Any 2nds? 5 for 5 on his PATs and FGs and 2 tackles, 1 would have gone for 6.
He has been a different kicker since the beginning of the season.

Seriously? Washington St, ndsu, UNI (regardless of record, their defense is solid), even Cal Davis D is decent. EWU has done more to earn their ranking than most.

The UND rushing offense is better than the UND rushing defense. Maybe the O line should start getting some credit. There were plenty of people putting them down earlier this year but I'm not seeing the praise I think they deserve.
