I don't know how Mizzou and Nodaks are even being compared. Frist off Mizzou is another name for The University of Missouri. Mizzou IS NOT a nickname for University of Missouri athletics, that would be the Tigers. Nodaks would be comparable Mizzou or Wazzu if it was use as a short way of saying The University of North Dakota. Calling The University of North Dakota athletics Nodaks sounds as dumb as saying The University of Missouri Mizzou and Washington State University Wazzu.
