I don’t think it’s going to matter, some if not all of the DII schools men’s team plays in NCAA DIII. And they can’t offer scholarships anyway in DI. Maybe and it’s a long shot that the DII men’s teams try to move up to DI.
UConn to get a new 2,500 seat arena. Still will play most game at XL Center.
