With the new CHL rule change he'd not be allowed unless loaned which he might have been from the HC Plzen U20 team. As much as I'd want UND to offer him I just haven't seen anything pointing to him looking at the NCAA route.

I haven't seen anything but those 18 games with HC Plzen in the Czech Extraliga could keep him from the NCAA route.
