That offside call on ambrosius was the dagger looking back. What a change in fortune that penalty turned out to be. That's why football is great, have to be disciplined at all times.

We are all very aware of this here.

  2. Perfect example of why college bb   is so hard to watch at times.  Does anyone have a count for how many times in a row the refs called a foul on UND in that second half?  Home cookin' is understandable to a degree, but that was just damn ridiculous.  And no other sport is influenced more by the refs than basketball.  Just let the kids play!

  3. In my opinion a huge screw up.  Either the captains got confused or Bubba and staff thought that having the wind first would be a huge advantage even though both teams get exactly the same amount of time with wind at their back.  I've seen this choice a few times in high school games with high winds, but never in a DI game.  Bubba made other decisions that turned out poorly and in retrospect seemed questionable, but in my mind he gets a pass on those because he was trying to be agressive in a game situation.  This choice is just a blunder and if Muss made it people would be howling.

What choice exactly?  My internet was terrible last week and I missed it.

  4. I think for the most part if a defense wants to shut down our run game, they will, cause we don't have the horses to force it down anyone's throat.  Like an old CEO told me, "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't shove his head in it."  That said, I think Rudolph has accepted this to a point and starting taking more yards via the pass.  Opening up the passing game may open up the run game......we'll see.  I'd like to think we could run or pass on Southern Utah cause they haven't stopped either.

It might be different if Shaugs can consistently get into the mix.
