I didnt recieve my friday night at the frozen four tickets in the package either, and I did order them when i ordered tickets. I emailed Veritix Customer Service (their email address was on the confirmation email I got when I ordered my tickets) and they said that my friday night at the frozen four tickets were being mailed separately and i should get them in a few days. I know some people got theirs with the tickets they ordered, but I didnt. If you have any questions on it I would email them, their customer service has been excellent, I received an email responses within a couple of hours of emailing them.
