  1. If you are going to the Wilkins, and coming from Duluth, I would definitely go to the Roseville Senser's. If you go to Eagan, you will have to drive a good distance south to get to the bar, and then backtrack.

Coming in from Duluth, Roseville Senser's will be on the north end of town. It will cut an easy half hour on your drive in.

Take 35E to 36 West. Take that to I think Cleveland going North. Take County C exit and backtrack a shade. You will see the Senser's sign clearly not long after you pass Rosedale on Snelling.

You could also take the Fairview exit and get on the Service Road. Maybe even a better way. Either way, no problem.

Once you are ready to go to the Wilkins, get back on 36 going EAST, back to 35E going South, right into downtown Saint Paul.

Who is at Roy Wilkins? I should know, but do not.

Oops. Just checked. The Avalanche Tour!! Don't cut your fun short by leaving too much dough in booze at Senser's.

Thanks for the advice, that does make more sense. Are there other people on here going there, and do I need to save a spot at the restuarant? We have 4 people.

Concert should be lots of fun!

  2. Attention NCAA & College Hockey fans especially UND Sioux fans,

All four Joe Senser's locations in Roseville, Bloomington, Eagan & Plymouth Minnesota will carry this weekends UND NCAA Regional Hockey game @ 1230pm. Spread the word, get your friends together ...wear your Green, White and black jerseys! Come watch the Sioux battle RPI. If the game is on its on at Joe Senser's!

    Go Sioux

We're going to a concert at Roy Wilkins that night so the Eagandale address is most logical, correct? Never been to Joe Sensers, is it gonna be tough to find a spot in there? Advice?

  3. OK totally off this but I'm kinda pissed! Been watchingthe webcast, and hearing lots of crap from the Husky side of it. Why is it we're supposedly the crudest team in college hockey and yet the husky fans are "cheering" for their team with crap like 'sioux suck', '!@#$ the sioux' and pretty much unprintable stuff about certain players. WTF?!?

  4. The Sioux have looked good in the last few games. I believe the key will be to come out of the blocks strong, score the first goal, and shut up the fans right away. I do think we have the guns to beat SCSU on a head-to-head contest, but it is always tough away from home. Although SCSU is almost like a home away from home for the Sioux. There are typically LOTS of green jerseys in the crowd.

    Including in their beloved dogpound...

  5. Here's what we know:

[*]At some undetermined time, UND will select "...a new identity around which the entire University of North Dakota community can rally..."

[*]"The specific approach to choosing a new nickname and logo has not yet been developed."

[*]"President Kelley will decide when and how to implement the process and, ultimately, will choose the University

  6. Not to burst your bubble, but living in Superior, my Charter digital box says I will get to see the Duluth-Mankato game.

The info on that channel has been wrong before though.

Ya I've run across incorrect info before. I see there are 2 games listed and one of them is the UND/SCSU game. One is charter main street and the other is mainstreet xtra or something like that.

    Here's hoping!!

  7. Found this link which shows both listed on Charter. Not sure which areas of the state show which, but I hope my area will have the Sioux!

I hate to say it but I'm having a miniature nervous breakdown about this whole thing! We're too broke to get tix to the SCSU game and I have to work Thursday-Friday (cannot get out of it) of the Final Five  . I sure hope the SCSU game is really on Charter main Street.

  8. I dunno,CC is at what - 6000 feet? Yeah, probably feel it, but a real athlete should be able to play, at least. The Sioux have typically done pretty well at CC.....

IDK but is the altitude really that big of an issue?
  9. Agree, good effort but things just a bit off.

This feels like a game that the Sioux could give away because it's fairly evenly played but I think the Sioux have another level of their game they can attain yet. At the same time you think with a break or a bounce they could take over. Which way will it go?

Oh I definitely think the game is evenly played but the Sioux are better than what I've seen tonight and they could win the game with some luck and smart play! Plus control, control, control!!
