If he came with speed from across the rink, it is charging...regardless if he is moving his feet at the time of the hit. It's a judgement call as to whether the hit was excessively violent so as to warrant a charge.

WOW! UMD comes back from down 3-1 in the third to the Landcows, to win it 4-3 in overtime at the DECC!

Don't remind me . One of their goals should have never happened, the refs missed the fact that the net came off at the other end during play preceding the goal. They didn't blow the play dead, BSU goes down the other end and scores... Pretty much sums up the night, Dogs hit the pipe a few times, but again have a tough time finishing.
