  1. I agree. Little deserved recognition for his consistent play all season long. He seemed to be the driving force behind the team. Boyce is a little shocking, and the honor is a surprise. Was there anyone better suited to receive this award?
  2. The men definately did not play well today. Unfortunate way to end the season, but hopefully they'll get things together when they face off on Wednesday. This team is very talented, and it's frustrating as a fan to not come out with the W, so I can't imagine what it would feel like for the players. It seemed like most of the players today gave up before the game even started. If Vaudreuil, I think siouxfan44 was meaning him instead of Boudray as that's what it sounded like on the radio, had of been shut down I think the outcome could have been very different. Our larger players needed to step up, but the commentators said that Koenig was still nursing his ribs, Gutter was not feeling well, and Thomas was still injured. Little did a great job today, and gave a full effort. It's good to see Porter getting more time on the court, as he seems to be making key plays, and it is very good to have Youmans back. As siouxfan44 mentioned the play was too slow, and the coach commented that Boyce needed to step up his game, and lead the team by turning up the tempo. All in all, it was not a great game, but hopefully Wednesday will be better. Go Sioux.
  3. Bledsoe is playing REALLY well right now. He seems to be able to carry the team, and step up when big plays are needed. It will be great to have Youmans back, but since Bledsoe has stepped in, will that alter the cohesiveness we're seeing in the team lately? Although Porter doesn't get much playing time, he has made some significant plays as well, would be nice to see him get more time down the stretch. Kruse is another player who comes to play every game, and gives it his all, I love watching him play. It pains me to watch Boyce, he is such a talented player if he would just cut the antics on the court, and play ball instead of worrying about how he looks, or getting the fans going. Right now we need all the concentration we can get, and he sometimes just lacks it. It is very obvious how much the team is missing Koenig and Doyle right now, with them in the lineup a lot of the recent scores could be very different. It will be interesting to see what happens tonight.
  4. The boys have been playing great lately. Who is your favorite player? Least favorite? I love watching Emmanuel Little play. He works hard, and is always there for rebounds. Another I love to watch is Mark Kruse when he's on his game. My least favorite is Harry Boyce. His antics on the court are neither entertaining or motivating. There's a fine line between being a character player and taking it too far.
