The Ward County State's Attorney is actually a woman....but I get your point. To that, punching a cop can be attempted murder. If you hit them with enough force or hit their head in the the concrete sidewalk...what else are you trying to do? give them a little headache? Unless you were there, you have no idea how hard the cop was hit or what he was hit into. The decision would have been made looking at the evidence and police report. It had to have been fairly serious since the charges came that quickly. The saddest part is....this is probably one of the smaller things that happen to the cops out here on a daily basis.

I live in Minot as well and grew up just north of here. The reason that I say that is because the town revolves around the air base and not MSU. The only time everyone seems to get excited about MSU is around homecoming.

Would you give it a rest? We get it, you don't like the broadcast. I for one, never had a buffering problem with the broadcast last year. The only complaint that I would say that I had was that two or three games had points where the sound was off from the video.

My handwriting has gotten worse....but it is not to the point where it is painful. Then again, I was always one who had to write out at least the first part of the paper before she started typing. So, I spent time writing as well as typing. I also have a job where I spend a good portion of the day on a computer, but I still have to write during the course of the day as well.
