Won't you Sioux fans miss going to St. Cloud and the other schools? You guys travel well, but will a lot of folks be going to CC, Denver, Omaha, and Miami? How about missing the Final 5 at the X? Just curious.

Well, the Sioux are still unbeaten going into the playoffs. The best outcome for both teams was two ties. However, we wanted one more point so we could take care of the goofers in the first round. As it sits now, we have to take care of the Badgers and then most likely see the goofers in the play-in game at the Final 5. We own Wisconsin.

It's almost to be expected from a lot of the Gopher fans that show up at the Final 5. A lot of them aren't real hockey fans, they just show up and display their arrogance and lack of respect for all other teams and their fans. I know a student couple from St. Cloud that sat in one of the bottom corners, who were harassed all weekend by gopher fans. The gopher fans were also harassing the Husky cheerleaders. I don't understand people booing for the awards nor the animosity displayed towards other fans.

Great! I hope he cares for it as well as you guys did. Now when we can hopefully claim the DQ cup, we'll be fully protected. I hope we get our choice of flavors to fill that cup.

It's a trophy I made and presented to a bunch of Sioux fans who came to pre-game socials at O'Hara's in St. Cloud. It's actually a cup, an athletic cup, specially mounted by yours truly. It's not a game-used cup, though. It's a frikkin work of art.

Since I wasn't able to make the games last weekend, is the esteemed "Cup" still in possession of the Siouxper fans? If so, hang onto it till next season, unless we face each other in play-offs. In which case, I will be there no matter wher it ends up. Kicking myself for not making the games last weekend.
