Not a dig against anyone, but doesn't it help to have your team in the Frozen Four?
I'm just thinking of Carle, Sterling, Sertich, and of course, Potulny. Of the 5 WCHA players nominated, Elliott is the only one still playing.
Of course, there is also Moore from Maine.
What do you folks think the odds are that it will be one of those two (Elliott or Moore)??
When was the last time a player won it outside of being in the Frozen Four? I know it's not that far off, but I'm not a stat monger, either!
Don't forget Collins from BC.... he's my pick.

.I thought the BU-SLU game in 2000 (I think) was the longest NCAA tourny game. Wasn't that one like 4 OT's? I remember leaving the Pepsi center in Albany after the 1st OT (had to work in the morning) and when I got home in Hartford (1.5 hours later) the game was still going.

Wow, you guys win and we lose. You should be able to find something a little more positive to talk about than what you perceive the officials did. How about the missed call when the SCCC player tried to remove Harringtons head with the high stick. Enjoy the moment. I look forward to seeing a good game Saturday night.

i just got off the phone from someone at the ralph. she said it will be offered seperate from the season package and should be up later this afternoon to purchase, great news as i cant get to the sports bar out here tonight!!
They should give it to subscribers for free since they screwed up last weekend so badly.

The Slovakian clique didn't pan out?
It worked about as well as one team member's attempt to form a clique for guys who's last name ends in "reux". It colaspsed over rumors one of it's members filed of false application. Clique spokesman Mike Prpichreux denies the charges.

Yup, DipS@&T student fans throwing crap. I cant stand things like that. If you throw something on the ice and have season tickets, they should take them away for good.
And they continue to throw stuff... amazing.

UND's jersey's have had a fight strap for a long time now. I'm not sure about college, but I know all NHL jersey's must have them and they must be attached during a game.
I have Note's green road jersey from a few years ago and it doesn't have a fight strap in it.
