Yeah, hockey has nothing to do with this at this point. NDSU is just getting a team started, so you can't compare that. Besides, its just club. Anyeways, I'd have to say that finishing their first season in the top 25 is a good start. Or starting out their second season there, too, is pretty good. I just hope North Dakota will do the same so that we can have our rivalry back. USD just isn't the same.

I don't believe that. I feel that UND is getting what they deserve. If we had just said yes in the first place, we wouldn't have this problem. I think this rivalry deserves to live on. I want to see UND beat the Bison just as much as you do, but its not gonna happen because of that idiot Kupchella.

So you really think NDSU is that bad in D-1? Look at their football team. They are ranked number 20 in the country and they are one of the top 2 or 3 teams in the second-best division in D1-aa. I think UND should look up to them and follow their lead. It was really dumb of the Sioux to deny them a game last year. Now we're looking for some help from them and they're just returning the favor. I don't understand UND's mindset here.

Being a Sioux fan, I should probably pick the Alerus Center over the Dome, but I just can't. It is quite possibly one of the worst stadiums ever built. It looks like crap, has way too little seating, and what's up with the low roof and the lack of endzone seating? I can't believe anyone would come to give a concert there over the Dome. Grand Forks should've taken a page from Fargo's book and thought about what they were doing before they built it.
