  1. My question, that goes with your #9.

How long till the Mavs look for a fight, to get some game DQ's for Saturday night? Will our guys take the bait?

I will be looking for Radke to answer the bell tonight to squash any ideas the Mavs players may have about trying to draw more fighting majors on the Sioux. :)

Radke doesn't have a fighting major yet this year as far as I can recall. If he does, then scratch this whole post as it won't be happening. :0

  2. I noticed that USCHO has a tool called the "Pairwise Predictor" Any idea when that is available for use? I'm assuming it's kind of like the conference prediction tool that is offered here on this site. Just curious as I'm sure there are pleanty of people who'd love to get their hands on it and figure out how the Sioux can end up with a #1 seed.

  3. Believe it or not, I understand all of what you said.....and thank you for all the work put into working up these scenarios.

Like has said thousands of times before me, let's take care of our business and let the rest of the pieces fall where they may.

Thanx again for all the work!

  4. If we do, in fact, get Mankato next weekend, what are the chances that we knock them out of being a TUC?

Edit: Sioux are in 6th all by themselves in the Pairwise as of right now (CC/DU game still pending.)

  5. If someone let's me know when the archived version of Saturday's game is up, I'll see what I can do about capturing the video from it on my pc. I may be able to get the goals from that game that way, but I'll have to see what programs I have available to me to try and do so.

  6. What the heck was that; Oshie going in shorthanded gets tackled by Butler, AR takes Butler to the box, but no penalty called by Anderson, so he's back out?

And the face off was brought out of our offensive zone.

I saw 2 crosschecks to the HEADs of our players (Toews off of a face off and Oshie after the play mentioned above) that should have resulted in major penalties, especially the one on Toews.

I figured that Denver wouldn't try to start anything having a huge series against CC next week, we'll see how the 3rd plays out.

  7. Sorry it toook so long to find it. My daughter rearranged my dvd's for me. I found it and know exactly where it's at on the dvd but don't have any wasy to post it. If someone would like to post it or make copies(my dvd recorder puked), just let me know and we'll figure out a time to get it to you.

I would be more than happy to accomodate. I'll shoot you a PM and we'll see what we can do.

  8. Just to point out to you all too, though I am sure you are all well aware, after todays(Sundays) games, the Sioux currently sit in 12th in the Pairwise. To me, that just makes these next 2 series' that much more important, we are currently on the bubble and need to strengthen our position in the national rankings.

  9. Had Bina intended to assist in Oshie and Toews escaping, he would have been arrested and taken to jail where he would have had to post bond, and it definately would not have been a simple B-Misdemeanor. Escape, or Aiding and Abetting is at least an A-Misdemeanor charge, and most often a felony.

I have not seen anything that says any of the involved parties were arrested, just cited and released. If I'm wrong, please let me know.

  10. section 107 row I -2 tickets for friday , 4 tickets saturday. call 701-306-2277

Sent you a PM and called and left you a voice mail.

Please let me know as soon as possible, one way or the other.

    THANX!!

    Rob Johnson

Edit: I was able to contact him, he informed me the tickets were SOLD.

  11. you can lose your license for a yr - But I didn't know that was probation ? (I have never had more than a speeding ticket & that was nearly 10 yrs ago)

My guess is that it isn't technically probation, but rather that when he was sentenced on his DUI, he had jail time or fines "suspended" for a period of time(likely 1 year) under certain conditions, which would more than likely have included no further law violations.

So, the court now would have the option to revoke that suspended sentence and make him sit the time. The suspended sentence may not even be jail time, but fines or fees assessed by the court, which in the case of a 1st offense DUI, is more likely.
