What is the stat for at home?

That stat is too heavily influenced by the seventies when the Sioux had to play on the road and more often than not lost the first game.

I think you have figured out his pattern. He calls every third infraction. As I said after attending the Thursday night game between DU/CC his officiating is the worst, no green glasses involved.
