The class is solid. The team will be just fine if we get guys who are willing to work hard. We need guys who can play the scheme fast and hard. The team to the south has won several championships with guys who do just that...it was a good day for the Hawks.

At one point Muss had 7 more scholarships on offense than defense. I’m guessing it is the other way now.

I’m so disappointed in the focus and effort of the team...bad leverage...missed reads...bad effort...and numerous guys suspended for doing stuff during the week they shouldn’t be.

We lose every ball they should be a 50/50 ball. We currently can’t call them 50/50.

While the draw call still baffles me...we had a drop on 1st down that would have been a big gain. We need players to make routine plays if we want to win games.

Haas was sick last week according to the radio. I thought I saw him on the sidelines in street clothes today.

The UND defense gave up big pass plays that were deflating and eliminated their chance to win, especially when you have a handicapped offense. The big pass plays allowed by the defense killed UND today.
All those numbers aside, the most important stat tells the story: UND was -3 in turnovers.
4th string qb and they ran for 175 yards. While our pass defense was bad if we had held them under 100 yards rushing we would have been in a lot better spot knowing they had to pass to move the ball.

Disagree. It wasn’t good but they ran at will against us. Our dline (except for Tank) got pushed around and we missed a ton of tackles.

What we need...to be bigger and better at online and dline...get pushed around all the time...WRs that catch almost everything...the number of drops is embarrassing right now and really hurting us...our running back had the only wow catch of the last several weeks...there should be a wow catch a week...at least 4 drops today...better play calling on offense...we can’t line up in 31,22,21 or 32 personnel and expect to move the ball with the on anyone.

Many kids stay in town working full-time jobs just to pay rent which doesn't give them much time to workout and develop their bodies.
I agree with the first part of your statement. The second is wrong. Guys need to be in town working out as a team.

Couple thoughts on the day...
dline played much better and was good throughout the game.
Cam really helps at inside...he is a big dude and filled nicely today.
We are going to need to get pressure next week to help out our dbacks...hunt missed timed two balls today that should have been ints. I liked bringing the safety’s today...hopefully Cole is ready next week and Tamas is ok. We need depth there.
Lawerence had a very solid game.
Still can’t figure out out run game. Watched a little of the Youngstown game. They run zone well and I would really like to see us run some straight zone plays. Both inside and outside. Stretch could be great with our backs.
Keaton was great today.
Wrs still need to do a better job of catching the ball in traffic.
Coyd played the best game of his career. Caught the ball well and seemed to block better today.
Online had some missed assignments but in general were getting on people. We can’t leave points on the field when we are inside the the 5.
All three backs played pretty well. I would like to see JJ return kicks with John.
Nice win! Let’s get the griz.

I can't believe that just happened. While the refs screwed up we need to call a timeout or kill it. Unacceptable.

I just don't understand how the edge is so soft on every play. No one is even close.

Heard from someone at the practices that all 3 qbs looked good. Should be a great competition.
DBs were a concern. Need to continue to develop there.
