  1. Most parking garages are about 10-20 minute walk to the stadium. Depending on how fast you walk. If you park by a Pinnacle Bank Arena. "The Railyard" area has a lot of food trucks inside that area. Its a closed off area where you can walk around outside with drinks and chill in the courtyard. Itll be the perfect day to be in that area. Otherwise there are a lot of non chain restaurants in the "Haymarket" area, along with a couple breweries. Which is about a 3-5 minute walk from the parking garages. Fast food isnt in that area of downtown. That would be closer to 14th and Q st. Raising Canes, Buffalo Wild Wings. Wendy's, panda express. Ect. When you are out and walking around, ask the locals questions, everyone is always helpful and happy to see opposing fans. Genuinly. I guarantee you several people will thank you for making the trip. A lot of people will randomly strike up conversations.
  2. 1. There are two main streets that are under heavy construction. This is creating bottlenecks. If you are coming into town more than 3 hours before the game, traffic will be busy but you should be able to move around just fine. 2. If you want to be anywhere close to the stadium there are many garages in the downtown area. Most of them are 30-35 dollars for an all day pass. There are random flat lots around the area that you may find for 20 dollars or so, just need to keep your head on a swivel for the people standing with parking signs. ** I highly suggest just going with the parking garage option. 3. If you find a parking stall on the street (with an available parking meter) thats probably the cheapest. They wont tow you, but they will give you a 15 dollar ticket. Ive done this multiple times because Its cheaper to pay the ticket online than to pay for a garage. As long as you pay it within a week. I wouldnt count on finding a stall though. The only way around it is to park far enough away on a side street or a cheaper flat lot like I said. But those walks can be quite a ways from the stadium. If there are signs that say no parking. Do not park there, no matter how many other cars you see there. They will tow you. They tow dozens of cars off side streets and private property every game. Just find a garage near Pinnacle Bank Arena and call it a day. Its so much easier.
  3. Neb Fan here. If anyone is traveling and has any questions, I can probably help to some extent. From a Nebraska fans perspective, North Dakota is our best non conference opponent, specifically the offense is the best we will see. Speaking on bahalf of our fan base, this program doesnt deserve to overlook anyone. I would love to believe the coaches have the kids locked in 1 game at a time. Only my homer opinion of course... I think this game is closer than Neb fans would like at halftime. Something around 21-14. I think you score a couple TDs for sure. But i think the difference in depth pieces starts showing late third quarter and neb pulls away by a few scores to make it look more comfortable than it was. Our defense has looked good at times.. and at other times the short yard pass game and QB run seemed to be a problem. I would say our defense is my biggest question mark. Bias prediction aside, nobody here is taking this game for granted. We expect a win because it should be. NIL, scholarship counts, traveling with a smaller roster, etc. But we dont have faith yet that our program isnt going to lay an egg. Safe travels.
