Anti-Gophers ACROSS the board. I don't like the Gophers, the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities or anything affilaited with either of them. Besides the fact that between such a HUGE rivalry, of course seeing your rival lose is almost as good as seeing your own team win. At this point, anyway, it's all relative... Because we didn't see OUR team win, what was the next best thing? Take it for what it's worth.

That makes two of us Seriously - Lucia needs to tell his players to get their hair under control. I know that most people will debate that looks don't matter, but seriously, these players are representing NOT ONLY a University at these point, but they are also representing a state, a conference and a region - it is very important that they represent these things well! GOPHERS: GET YOUR HAIR CUT!

Does Vanek ever have to work for anything? He literally makes me sick... I'll be looking like HC's goalie if I hear the name "Vanek" enough.

It's just unfortunately not working to play the second/third/fourth line players... Bet Blais is yelling at them right now... Boch/ZPar/Murray had better also be laying some guilt on them.

Boch, ZPar, Murray is clearly the line that they need to play a bit more... In the past two minutes, there's been a goal and 2 near goals from them... Let's keep 'em in!

I'd have to agree that HC is an "average" team - but that shouldn't let the Sioux get OVER confident.

I don't mean to sound "stuck up" but does anyone suppose that the Sioux could just be putting enough effort forth tonight to get by the game and saving as much as they can for tomorrow? I think they may have learned a lesson from AA last weekend, when they actually faced some competition from a lower-ranked team. (and then had to put forth a TON of effort the night after...) So, I think that they know who they're playing against - and I'm pretty sure that they're just doing "enough to get by" so that they've got something left for tomorrow.
