About 3 minutes out from the drop of the puck. US has won their opening game the past 3 years, and have an overall 15-3 record against Team Germany. Go USA!

Only downfall.....it keeps me up too late some nights!!!

TSN not on Dish Network. Wish it was. Last year, I don't recall any games being televised on any channels outside of NHL Center Ice. That's half the reason I buy the package every year!!!

Hale joined the team about 20 games into the season or so, which is probably why he's in that category. Parise and Zajac boosted there's quite a bit when they were playing together the first time, and now continue to do it now that they're back together again. I'm sure it's because they're better than the rest of the team though!

Matches his high for last year, and in far less games. I'd say he's found his groove in the NHL.

That's Parise's 5th point in his last 2 games too. Zajac didn't get an assist for the 2nd Parise goal either. Ref said it was deflected by another Devils to take Travis out of the figures. I watched it in step mode, and I say "HOGWASH!"

Parise adds another goal in tonight's Devils/Thrashers game. This boy's hot in the past few games! Zajac should get 2nd assist on this goal as well. We'll wait to see if he does.

His next shift after that goal, Parise loses his stick, and goes to get it, leaving a Thrasher player wide open for a point blank shot on Brodeur resulting in a goal. So much for that +1 he had early!

Zach Parise scores an early goal in tonight's Devils/Thrashers game. Zajac gets the second assist on the goal. EDIT: Thus far, they're saying ZPar's goal is unassisted since it came off a Thrasher skate, but Travis should have had the 2nd assist on it.

For people with Dish Network, you'll be able to watch USA vs Germany on 12/26 at 8:00 a.m. on channel 541. Canada vs the USA will be on at noon on 12/27 on the same channel. USA vs Slovakia will be on at 10:00a.m. on 12/30. That's all that's listed so far on the Dish Network guide. Someone with Direct TV will have to supply that information. As far as I know, these games are only available for those in the U.S. who have NHL Center Ice.
