I am not going to predict "one winner" of it all next year! Yeah I go to GVSU and support our team 100% but I am being realistic by saying its a toss up because so many teams will be so good. All I know for sure is that GVSU, SVSU, TAMUK, and UND will be extremely good!
Best of luck to all of those teams I just listed EXCEPT SAGINAW VALLEY!!

I just dont know for sure. Both GVSU & UND will be major powerhouses again. It will be fun to watch. I cannot even begin to imagine who will be in Florence next fall! All I know is that the D2 champs will be either GVSU or UND.
I honestly do not have a clue as to what to expect from TAMUK & UNA!

The regional alignment was just a comparision, not a reason why things happened the way they did. I would rather the Bison travel to play UCD and Cal Poly, that means we get home games against them too. Didn't GVSU have a home and home with UCD in the past? UNC also left the NCC, not just SDSU and NDSU. Colorado has been a travel site for quite a few years. Utah will be new. GVSU probably won't have to worry about anymore Florence trips with the UND in their region now.

From a neutral standpoint, it can be interesting & funny to read, or just boring and old. New things should be discussed. Dissing rivals can get old at times.

Yeah it definately would be fun to meet up next season somehow! Any competitive game would be great, instead of some of our GLIAC rivals (who i wont mention) that we beat by 4 touchdowns or more!!!!!

I also want to say thanks for the great game and its fun to have a classy fan forum such as this and ours at GVFootball.com to read & reply to posts. It has been very informative, as well as entertaining.
I will try to monitor the forums here a little bit too, eventhough im sure the hype has calmed way down since THE GAME was a couple months ago now.
Anyways, Lets hope our 2 powerhouse football programs meet up next fall!

GVSU, UND, SVSU and Texas A&M Kingsville (TAMUK) are the only teams I know for sure will dominate next fall! (2004 GLIAC CHAMPS= GVSU)
I obviously want our GVSU Laker Football team to win it all one more time, but if that does not happen, and it may not, then I will consider rooting for UND. It all depends on who everyone has to play against in the playoffs.
I can tell you right now I wont root for any New England area team. Matter of fact I wont root for any team east of Michigan, or east of U.S. 131 Highway! LOL
