My Red Wings are currently down 2-0 with 6 minutes left in the 2nd period of game 3 in Nashville.

Just in case any team but Toronto makes it to the Finals from the East, then I will root for ANYONE but Colorado to beat them. I hope this clears things up. I obviously want, and believe my beloved Red Wings can & will win it all this year!! I really want them to face Toronto in the finals.
........and by the way, our Detroit Tigers just beat the Toronto Blue Jays on opening day!!!!!!!

You have to excuse Bigmrg he gets all worked up and just spews mindless posts that are full of spelling errors and whatnot. You have to understand he has been plowing fields all day manually! He manually plows 500 acres of fertile farmland in the extreme southern portion of the Lower Peninsula. This explains the bloodrushes he has that contribute to his bizzare posts. Here at GVSU, he is recieving daily treatments from the athletic trainers.
Lets hope he makes a full recovery and gets back on track with his posts both here on SiouxSports and over here in Michigan on www.gvfootball.com

Hello everyone. I found this to be my favorite forum & thread on your website. I go to college at Grand Valley State University which is just out of of Grand Rapids, MI. Its funny & interesting to hear all of your opinions on the "Grand Cities" issue. We have an East Grand Rapids here but its so small and insignifcant. People will say "I am going to Grand Rapids" or "going to GR".
I have never heard anyone refer to Grand Rapids as "The Grand City" or "going to the Rapids". This primarly because there are multiple cities in Michigan with the name Rapid or rapids in it. Such as: Grand Rapids, Big Rapids, Rapid River, etc. Also, there are several cities with the word Grand in it such as: Grand Ledge, Grand Blanc, Grandville, Grand Marais, and such.
Anyhow, im sure most of you out in ND do not care about what I just posted, but I find your thread on the topic pretty interesting. I am a Geography major and stuff like that is interesting to hear the local perspective & thoughts compared to folks outside the area of country (Canada).

Yah that is cool Pizza Hut is respectable enough eventhough I prefer small local chains & unique Pizza joints.
My local favorites are: Java Joe's Cafe Pizza, B.C. Pizza, and a place downstate in Chesaning, MI called the Rathskellar!!!!!

Yeah its too bad Bertuzzi is so stupid. He is a great player and can use his size effectively. Its sad to see him make such a cowardly act and not seem to really care about it. I lost all respect for him.
As much as I hate the Avs I would love to see Big Worrell beat his A$$!!!
Now that I think about it, I hate all players for the Canucks & Avs and both coaches too! I hate Crawford more than Granato of course but both suck.
The Red Wings represent true talent and class.

Once again, as i mentioned before, I am not that familiar with TAMUK & UNA, so I dont know how good they will be next year.
All I know is that it would be cool to kinda "keep them all together" meaning have the long hard road to Florence involve GVSU, UND, UNA, and TAMUK.
Not sure this is possible, but ill be happy as long as we face any one of those teams. FORGET ABOUT SAGINAW WE HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEM!!!!!

Yeah I hate all those damn brackets & pairings. The title game in Florence should be between the 2 best D2 teams in the nation, and that will probably be us against you guys again (GVSU vs UND). That would be fine by me!
But as Ive said before, I cannot speculate anymore. Id rather sit back & wait and watch the live action unfold this fall.
