  1. That was real weird that the FSN Wisco feed was only 33-35. Normally it is 75-80 30" dish had 45 and never lost signal DirecPC had 75
  2. I scanned yesterday before and during the game on the normal spots and it never came up did have a 75 on the DirecPC dish for G3
  3. satellite...yes cable..no
  4. noticed the game will be on Dish channel 445 (not 446)
  5. Thanks Dave for the info! Dish is MN 436, WI 446 (may be 447)
  6. There are 2 Fox Sports Net North (technically) MN and WI WI is for Wisco only...all other areas get FSNN Minnesota The Goofers are on FSN North, so we will get it in MN and the Dakotas Wisco game is on FSN North WI version Satellite people can see it on FSN Alternate (446 on Dish..dont know DirecTV #) FTA'ers can see it on FSSN (G3 12000 V 4880) and the Wisco feed should be on SBS6. I posted it in the "Sioux on Satellite" thread
  7. Hopefully the FSSN signal holds up...but if it doesn't, the people who are motorized (or ghetto move them) might have to swing over to SBS6 SBS6 is where Wisconsin FSN games have been. Both games will be on there too I'll check coordinates tonight and post them (where they should be)
  8. Cheese KTUU is digital in the clear on C-band. A buddy of mine in Indiana has seen some of the games (the UAA/UMD one in November as an example) AMC7 (137W) 3880 H 25200 All 6 networks are on there from Anchorage (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, PBS, UPN) You should have no issues picking it up (unless theres a snowstorm in Anchorage)
  9. yes both games will be on 8:35 Friday 8:05 Saturday
  10. C-Band only Sensers would need a DVB receiver hooked to the C-Band for it to work.
  11. Don't count Duluth out yet -Better record on the road -Took 3 out of 4 points at CC 1/21-1/22
  12. If you need a hockey fix because the Sioux aren't on TV, check out FSN North They are going to be showing a game OTHER THAN THE GOOFERS!! (they don't play this weekend) UMD vs. Denver Friday 8:35 Saturday 8:05 It will also be on FSN Rocky Mountain Before the game at 6:30, they will have "MN Hockey Classics"... MN vs. Sioux from 3/20/04
  13. I was wondering that myself 78 on the DirecPC and the Pansat 55 with the Viacast
  14. There are 2 Fox Sports North FSNN MN FSNN WI Only difference is the teams...MN can only see MN and WI can only see WI teams. If you have cable, you would get FSNN MN. The exception is WI (obviously) If you have satellite, the WI game will be on 446 for Dish (Don't know Direct number) woo hoo! Post 500 for this thread
  15. with no NHL and No Victory Sports, Hopefully FSN picks up the feeds.
  16. Saw this over at StarTribune http://www.startribune.com/stories/503/5234393.html Woo Hoo...so if either the Sioux or the Bulldogs make it to the final 5, we won't have to worry about whether or not their game will be shown
  17. I wasn't home either.....sadly, I was seeing UMD get swept by Mich Tech But I heard from PSB that it was good on his end. Didnt even need the DirecPC dish (which seems to be the track record for a while now)
  18. I know this isn't hockey related, but its FSSN related Basketball games on FSSN Friday & Saturday 2/11-2/12 2/11 vs Augustana 2/12 vs. UMD 6:00 womens 8:00 mens
  19. I have a DirecPC, which is 39x23 and I get about the same signals as you report I'm still trying to convince the mall near me to let me go on the roof and get the Primestar dish that Radio Shack use to use (when I worked there 10 years ago)
  20. larger dish..the LNB would work regardless of Dish size
  21. Believe me...we all are taking any somewhat legitmate reasons seriously But it has to be the power...here is my reasoning why Football games against St Cloud and Mich Tech...signal quality 45 with a 30" Then they sent the signal for the Grand Valley game to Michigan for the UPN in Grand Rapids and for Comcast cable.....signal quality? 75-80! Football game against Pitt State.....back to 45 Also, when they had the hockey game against Alaska, it was around 90 with a 30"...they had to beam the signal back to Alaska for KTUU (the NBC affiliate there who also was showing the game) I use my DirecPC dish so I usually have no issues
  22. same levels on Saturday as Friday UMD/UM game on AMC9 came in at 95%
  23. 50% on Pansat 35% on Viacast both with DirecPC dish
