Why on offense do we sub out 3 receivers and a rb after every play? We do a draw then take our best athletes off the field. Nothing makes sense with this teams decisions.

He was open after the play was done.
If the pump fake was an actual throw, Quincy was open by the time the ball would’ve got there. Had position on the defense either way.

Will the catwalks at Alerus be open this year?
I’d hope they are! Got them somewhat re-opened at the end of last year. Hope Martinson and Chaves didn’t Shane their minds!

Hopefully the athletic department will start pushing SDSU tickets very soon. We need a sellout!
….and open up the bridge deck (catwalk)

I sure hope Chaves and Martinson get an earful this weekend from alumni about the end zone debacle!!!
My prediction is that the catwalk is actually going to be fuller than usual this weekend. And it’s going to be all the Alumni around this weekend. Martinson is going to purposely give them those spots to make his point and say “see people use it” And not care about the fans that don’t have deep pockets that love to support the team.

It seems there is a very easy solution to all of this. The one side can stay with the seats and curtains. The “Peterson Farms Deck” if they have a contract with them that can be broken, because that never happens in the history of all time *eye roll*. Leave that side how it be and fill that up with the $800 or $50 seats. The other side, south side, just open it up! We already know the “media overflow” is a joke of an excuse. Covid is not an issue in the Alerus anymore because the people in the stands aren’t separated. Open the railing and if you need an extra area for groups or past teams to have a spot take the big areas in the corners. Logistics might take time to work things out for selling that area as SRO to monetize that and gain revenue but go back to the drawing board in the offseason and figure it out. For the rest of this season just open it up and get back on the good graces of your teams fans, leaving a sour taste in our mouths about the whole situation isn’t going to make some come running back to buy tickets next year.

And I was wondering if the usual suspects would find a way to get all worked up and shout into the abyss without actually doing anything about it or working to find out actual details on their own. Guess we both delivered!
The logistics of year 2 are different than year 1, so it did evolve. And I explained exactly why they aren't changing it mid-year, they've already sold some of the inventory. Doing that would be an actual crock of $hit.
People are trying to do things about it. The athletic department went on the radio because of fans bring it up. They just threw out a political alphabet soup talking points and said the same word 30x to make it sound like they were doing something. If year 1 to year 2 is “evolving” I’d hate to see how year 3 is.

EM was willing to talk about it on radio.
EM admitted that things need to evolve.EM talked about it one way on the radio and brought up points that were quickly dismissed. The “media overflow” and “doesn't add to the atmosphere” we’re just flat out wrong. It’s great that there’s open talk about it and I genuinely hope, and believe, EM and the Alerus center are looking into ways to both improve the fan experience and gain some revenue. Both can be accomplished without being too greedy on one end. IMO if they really cared about selling those seats why was there never ANY advertising about it?

Would love to hear some positives about what they’ve done with the current catwalk situation.
I understand their reasoning for trying something. But the try failed and failed bad, it’s ok to admit they were wrong. Now it’s a great chance to fix it and make it right.

Miller easily denounced a couple things Erik had said about the catwalk. These $50 tickets spot have to be new because this is the first I’ve ever seen or heard about it. So if I want those spots I have to buy those tickets on top of the season tickets I already pay for!?

Exactly what I thought was gonna happen. He would go on and give the most BS political answer he could. It’s just sad

Bubbas post game will be the same old BS
need to clean up the small penalties
he said that last week and had all week to do this
I guess we just don’t have the players
alot of these small penalties are on schuster, takes so damn long to get the ball hiked
get to the line and hike the ball and go, enough with all the shifts and the other bs
THIS!! Why does he take 4+ seconds every time to spike the ball, it’s not like he’s calling an audible or anything
-
Everyone tweet Chaves. Maybe if it happens enough tonight we can pull his attention away from hockey for a split second
-
Our MVP these last two games has been……our punter……wish I was joking
-
Keep Shuster in the game, he’s fine. Call playss that help him. Stick with the damn run game and clean up the penalties.

Why does Evan Holm play 15 yards off the WR every time?

Classic Bubba 3 and out!

The players on offense are good. One bad decision by Tommy is brutal. Our coach and OC is the joke

It’s a money grab. Essentially they want more “suites” at the Alerus so that’s what the corner spots are for ($5k for a group of 50 to sit there) and then the UND ticket office wants their cut of the pie so the Peterson Farms bridge deck is going to be the same thing as the seating in front of the bar at the Ralph where you need a special wristband and deep pockets. So us hardcore fans that have had season tickets for many years and have never sat in our seats, except the spring because we had too, we get shafted.
-
The blocked off catwalk seating was bad. They literally had ushers there just to tell people they can sit there. I asked multiple people what the deal was and nobody could tell me, all they said was you gotta ask somebody else. If tickets are available to buy let us UND fans buy them first. If they are filled with stupid piss yellow shirts in two weeks that would be terrible. Who does one talk to about those tickets? UND ticket office or Alerus?

Holy !@#$ some of you need to step back from the ledge. Absolutely embarrassing. The team gutted it out and everyone should be proud of that. Yes, we could have done some things better...but they could have as well. Enjoy the win and look for some improvement next week.
“Enjoy the win” is almost like the participation trophy. Yeah we won. Was it pretty? Nope. If we want to be a legit D1 team this win today isn’t what we should want

Zeibarth is running like a man possessed. We get two big plays early and then never see him before half. Stupid Bubble(bubba) screens then give Tommy a scramble chance which is hardly ever good.
